1. Pick two different images stored on your computer (or one photo and a buddy icon from our image library).
2. Select the paths to the photos you want to use.
3. Click "Hocus Pocus" and download the new display picture to have it stored on your computer. ALL FREE
4. After you have downloaded the magic picture select it as your new display image so that your friends can see it every time you login from your PC Instant Messenger or Cell Phone Messenger.
