I'm having trouble confirming my email.
Email confirmation is an important security check that helps prevent other people from signing up for a TwoPics account using your email address.
If you have received the confirmation email, but cannot click on the link - copy the full URL from the email and paste it into a new web browser window.
I can't find my TwoPics sign-up confirmation email.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
  • Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. Please be aware that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
  • Check that you’re trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g. @telia.com is not the same as @telia.net). In addition, keep in mind that email addresses never begin with a "www" prefix.
I received an email that I created a new TwoPics account, but I didn’t sign up for a new account.
Most likely, someone has mistakenly tried to register using your email address. Do not click on the link in the email. If you don’t click on the link, the account will not be confirmed. An unconfirmed account can remain on the site for a maximum of seven days. After seven days without the email owner’s confirmation, the account will become inaccessible.

If someone created an account to impersonate or imitate you, we recommend you to report this to our Support team.
