Privacy at TwoPics

This Privacy Policy describes TwoPic's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. TwoPics receives your information through our various web site, applications, services and third-parties ("Services"). For example, you send us information when you use TwoPics from our web site and iPhone application. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country that you reside in or create information from, your information may be used by TwoPics in the Sweden or any other country where TwoPics operates.

Personal Information

For some activities on TwoPics, like uploading pictures/stories, posting comments or reporting stories you need a TwoPics Account. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

When you use TwoPics, we may record information about your usage of the site, such as the favorites you subscribe to, which other users you communicate with, the stories you watch, the frequency and size of data transfers, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on TwoPics (including UI elements, settings). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your TwoPics Account. In order to ensure the quality of our service to you, we may place a tag in HTML-based customer support emails or other communications with you in order to confirm delivery.

Any personal information or pictures content that you voluntarily disclose online (e.g., stories comments, your profile page) may be collected and used by others.

Uses

If you submit personal information to TwoPics, we may use that information to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of TwoPics, and to process any reporting activity or other communication you send to us.

We may use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major TwoPics changes or for customer service purposes).

We use cookies and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit TwoPics; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions and contests.

Publicly Available

When you create a TwoPics Account, some information about your TwoPics Account and your account activity will be provided to other users of TwoPics. This may include the date you opened your TwoPics Account, the date you last logged into your TwoPics Account, your age (if you choose to make it public), the country and the number of stories you have watched.

Your TwoPics Account name, not your email address, is displayed to other users when you engage in certain activities on TwoPics, such as when you upload pictures or send messages through TwoPics. Other users can contact you by comment on the site.

Any stories/pictures that you submit to TwoPics may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by other TwoPics users or the general public.

Such shared activity may include your favorite stories/member, stories you like and stories that you have uploaded, will be visible to other users on your TwoPics Account page.

You have choices

If you have a TwoPics Account, you may update or correct your personal profile information, email preferences and privacy settings at any time by visiting your account profile page.

You may control the information that is available to other users at any time by editing your TwoPics Settings.

Advertising on TwoPics

TwoPics strives to provide you with relevant and useful advertising and we use third party ad serving systems, to do so. We may use a range of information including cookies, IP addresses, usage data and other non-personal information about your computer or device (such as browser type and operating system) to provide you with relevant advertising. While you are logged in or logged out of your TwoPics Account, we may also show you advertising based on non-personally identifiable information you have provided to us in your TwoPics Account.

We use the cookie on TwoPics to help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads on this site and other Google and AdSense partner websites. Advertisers may serve ads based on interests and demographic categories associated with non-personally identifiable online activity, such as pictures viewed, frequency of uploading or activity on other AdSense partner sites. Advertisers may also serve ads to you based on previous activity on that advertiser's website or based on non-personally identifiable information from other companies. This non-personally identifiable information is held separately from your TwoPics Account data, or other personally identifying information in our possession.

Our policy towards children

Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@twopics.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at www.twopics.com By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
